CSR Plus® LF (Calcium Scale Remover Plus LF) is specifically formulated to remove calcium carbonate scale with less foam formation. CSR Plus LF is less corrosive than most acidic descalers. It removes calcium carbonate and other mineral deposits from filtration basins, troughs, clarifiers and other accessible water treatment plant surfaces and is also used to clean air stripper media as an alternative to costly media replacement. CSR Plus LF allows longer residence time on vertical or near-vertical surfaces. The addition of Floran Catalyst provides improved effectiveness on surfaces also fouled with organic contaminants. Each container of CSR Plus LF come with an air gap to allow the accompanying Floran Catalyst to be mixed into the CSR Plus LF container at time of use.
